Trying my hand at making a sugar free Caramel Corn, and I need taste testers. Instead of granulated white sugar, I am substituting Agave Nectar, a diabetic friendly low glycemic sugar substitute. Sweet Treats for Mom

For a fun reallygoodpopcorn treat this Mother's day, make Mom a batch of Koolaid popcorn.

2 c Sugar
1 c Light corn syrup
2/3 c Margarine
2 pk Koolaid
1 ts Baking Soda

Boil the sugar, syrup and margarine together for 3 minutes. Stir in baking soda and Koolaid. Pour over 6 quarts of popcorn. Bake at 225 F for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and break up immediately.

An interesting column on Glamour.com talks about your favorite date movies. As it says in the column... Imagine getting a bowl of popcorn, cuddling under a blanket and trying to sit still for two hours without making out. Which movie would you want to be watching?
